Rugrat and teen programs

The rugrat pass is designed for children aged 3 – 12 years. The teenage pass is for the older kids, age 13 to 16 years.

The rugrats program will be offered during the three daily business sessions from 8.00am to 12.00 noon and for the two dinners on Saturday 26 and Monday 28 September from 5.30pm to 10.30pm. The teen program is under development.

  • Terms and Conditions

    Passes: The Pass includes all activities listed within the
    Program. To attend any activities including functions, meals
    etc, you must purchase a pass; Child (3-12yrs), Teenage
    (13-16yrs) or Delegate/Partner Pass (17+ years).

    Accommodation: Is not included in the pass cost. You have
    6 options to choose from. Prices allow for 2 guests per room.
    Connecting/adjoining rooms are available, subject to availability.

    Payment: A deposit of $800 is required to secure your
    booking. All passes and accommodation must be paid in full
    by 29 April 2022.

    COVID Refund Guarantee: If a government travel restriction
    is imposed due to COVID resulting in you being unable to
    travel from your home location to Queenstown, a full refund
    will be provided.

    Indemnification and Liability: All attendees indemnify MEA,
    its staff and any/all other related entities from any loss or
    damage arising from their actions. Liability is limited to the
    registration fee (conference pass) paid by the delegate. In the
    event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, for
    the conference to be postponed, dates changed, or cancelled,
    MEA shall not be liable for expenditure, damage or loss
    incurred by the registered delegate.

    Conference Program: The Program and Pricing are subject
    to change. MEA reserves the right to make alterations to
    all arrangements relating to the conference program as
    published, either before or during the conference.

    Booking Cancellations: Cancellations must be notified in
    writing to If a cancellation notice is
    received prior to 31 March 2022, a refund will be processed
    less an administration fee of $150 per pass. From 1 April to
    30 June 2022, a 50% refund will be provided. If cancellation
    is received after 30 June 2022 no refund will be provided for
    delegate passes or accommodation. All delegates are strongly
    advised to purchase travel insurance.

Accommodation Options

The conference venue is Rydges/QT Hotel. Accommodation is available at Rydges/QT Hotel or St Moritz, located next to Rydges/ QT Hotel, the choice is yours. Room numbers are limited so please book early. Room price includes breakfast for 2. Additional breakfasts are $20 per person.
