ME Safety Prize Draw Competition – October 2020 Terms and conditions

The Master Electricians Safety Prize Draw Competition runs from 1 October 2020 to 31 October 2020. Those who meet the offer criteria are eligible to receive the following:

  • Win one of five Lock Jaw Ladder Grips (valued at $109.95 each)

Criteria

The offer is available to electrical contractors who meet the following conditions:

  1. Hold a current electrical contractors licence,
    joins as a Master Electricians Member between 1 October and 31 October 2020, and
    starts a ME Safety Essential, or ME Safety Pro subscription during this period.Or,
  2. Is a current financial member, and
    upgrades from ME Safety Express to ME Safety Essential, or ME Safety Pro between 1 October and 31 October 2020.

All financial members currently subscribed to ME Safety Essential and ME Safety Pro will automatically receive one (1) entry in to the competition.
The number of entries is limited to one (1) per organisation.

Conditions

Employees of Master Electricians Australia (MEA) and their subsidiaries or suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the promotion. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. MEA reserves the right to substitute the prize for a product of equivalent value if required. MEA reserves the right to cancel the offer in exceptional circumstances. Information contained in these terms and conditions is correct at 1 October 2020, however the organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as deemed necessary.

The winners will be selected by lucky prize draw on 3 November 2020, published to the Master Electricians Australia Facebook page,  and notified by phone call by 16:00 AEST 4 November 2020. All prizes are considered to be delivered after they leave the Promoters head office at 57 Berwick St, Fortitude Valley, QLD, 4006. MEA is not responsible for errors in delivery. Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winner, in the event that for any reason the winner cannot be notified and/or has not claimed their prize within two (2) weeks of the awarding of the prize, an unclaimed prize draw will be held. All valid entries into the competition will be eligible for the unclaimed prize draw. The draw will be held at 16:00 AEST on the first business day after the expiry of the two (2) week period

The information entrants provide will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion. By joining the organisation, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on our databases and we may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding our products and services including contacting entrants via electronic messaging.  The information entrants provide will not be passed onto any third parties.
