Member Login Information

To reset your Member Login, follow these simple steps:

1.  Go to the MEA Member Portal 
2.  Once on this webpage, click the REGISTER button
3.  Once on the REGISTER SCREEN, enter your details.
   These have been emailed to you.
   If you are not sure, please call the MSS Team on 1300 889 198.

The details you need to enter are:
Member Code: ENTER
First Name: ENTER
Last Name: ENTER
Username: Create your unique username 6-50 characters

Once you have logged in, you can change your details if needed.

4.  Click the REGISTER button
   You will receive an email inviting you to set your password.
   Please do this as soon as possible as the link will expire after 24 hours.
5. Record your password. If you forget your password, another one can be generated easily.

If you have created a new member login since 11/02/18, you can log directly into the new MEA Member Portal here, and no further action should be required.

Your safety password is now the same as your member password.

If you forget your password, a new password can be generated at any time using the FORGOT PASSWORD function here.

Please note that if you do not know your username, or enter the incorrect username, your password reset will not be generated. If this is the case, please call us on 1300 889 198.
