Errors and omissions
Cover for all sums for which You become legally liable to pay as compensation in respect of financial loss solely and directly attributable to any negligent act, error or omission committed or alleged to have been committed by You or on Your behalf in connection with your products.
Increased Limit – Goods in Care, Custody or Control
Cover for Property Damage to property not owned by You, but in your physical or legal control, for which you are found to be liable for the loss or damage, as a result of your negligence.
Product Recall Expenses
Cover for up to 75 per cent of your recall expenses incurred by an Event (official recall) happening during the policy period.
Faulty Workmanship
Cover for rectification works to be performed as a result of a defective product being installed, prior to a claim arising.
