Electrical Safety Week is back, running from 4th to 8th September 2023. Organized by WorkSafe Queensland, this week-long event is dedicated to promoting safety within the electrical industry, offering a wide range of events tailored for industry leaders, electrical workers, contractors, and apprentices.
Key Events to Look Forward To:
- Electricity Safety Summit (5th September 2023, 6.30am – 9am (in-person attendees), 7am – 9am (online attendees)): This year’s summit, available both in-person and via livestream, will see industry leaders delve deep into what it takes to be an exemplary leader in the electrical domain, with a special focus on diversity.
- Electrical Apprentice Safety Forum (6th September 2023, 8am – 9.30am (in-person), 8.15am – 9.30am (livestream)): A special breakfast event featuring football legend Johnathan Thurston at Bracken Ridge TAFE. Attend in person to enjoy a complimentary breakfast or catch the event online.
- Electrical Industry Safety Webinar (7th September 2023, 9am – 10.15am): A must-attend for electrical contractors, electricians, and anyone associated with the electrical industry. This free live webinar will provide attendees with the latest industry updates.
