The Hunter Valley is an amazing destination, with the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, food and wine to enjoy day and night. Enjoy your spare time whilst soaking up the sights on our conference activities.
The rugrat pass is designed for children aged 12 years and younger. The teenage pass (same price as the full delegate ticket) is for the older kids, age 13 to 16 years, and features plenty of activities to keep them entertained while you’re attending the Conference.
The rugrats program will be offered during the three daily business sessions from 8.00am to 12.00 noon and for the two dinners on Tuesday 21 September and Thursday 23 September from 5.30pm to 10.30pm. The teen program is under development.

General
Passes include all activities listed in the program (accommodation is not included in the pass cost).
Standard room prices are based on twin share or double occupancy. If a roll-away or larger room is required, additional charges will apply. Connecting / adjoining rooms available, subject to availability.
There will be a group transfer from the airport to the hotel on Monday 20 September and return transfer on Friday 24 September, no cost. If you arrive/depart outside of these dates, you will need to arrange transfers at your cost. MEA can however provide you the details of transport services.
Price excludes airfares.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment required by 30 April 2021.
Damage and Indemnification
The attendee will be responsible for the loss or destruction, or any damage to, any Chateau Elan property. All attendees indemnify MEA, its staff and any/all others from any loss or damage arising from their actions.
Alterations to the program, cancellation or postponement of the conference/event
Conference Program and pricing are subject to change. MEA reserves the right to make alterations to the arrangements of conference/event as published, either before or during the conference/event. Liability will be limited to the registration fee paid by the delegate.
Delegates are encouraged to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in the event of a cancellation. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, for the conference/event to be postponed or the dates changed, MEA shall not be liable for expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
Force Majeure
Should a COVID outbreak prevent MEA proceeding with the conference or registered person/s from attending the conference neither party shall be held liable and all deposits will be refunded.
Booking Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to events@masterelectricians.com.au
If a cancellation notice is received prior to 31 March 2021, a refund will be processed less an administration fee of $150 + GST per pass. If a cancellation is received after 31 March 2021 and before 30 June 2020, a 50% refund will be processed, less any supplier cancellation fees.
If a cancellation notice is received after 30 June 2020, no refund will be given for delegate registrations (pass and accommodation).
